Typical La Mancha menu matched with our wines: Duelos y Quebrantos (eggs scrambled with meats), Gachas Manchegas (Warm soup made with typical vegetables), Tiznao Manchego, Pisto Manchego, Migas de Pastor (small pieces of bread fried with garlic), Sorbete de Arrope (typical grape sorbet), Caldereta de Cordero (lamb casserole), Flores de la Mancha con coulis (puff pastry flowers with coulis).
