Winemaking: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 22 and 27oC with selected yeast. Total maceration between 25 and 28 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Winery: BODEGAS CASTIBLANQUE is a family-owned estate in Castilla-La Mancha, comprised of a recently renovated winery situated in a XIXth century cellar and 120 hectares of vineyards planted with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Garnacha, Chardonnay, Macabeo, Airén and other
experimental varieties.

Color: Intense red with blue and purple hints.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits mingling with the freshness
of violets and nuts.
Mouth: Full and flavorful releasing youth as it goes through. Pleasant tannins with balanced acidity. Pleasant and long finish of fresh varietal aromas.
Serving temperature: 15°-18° C
Food pairing: To be enjoyed without food at any time. Good companion for light meals, pasta and rice dishes as well as grilled meats and seafood. Perfect with salads and fresh cheeses.
