Denomination of Origin: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla.
Grape Varieties: 40% Tempranillo, 40% Syrah & 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Alcohol Content: 13%.
Ageing: Aging: 3 months in French oak (Allier, medium toast, 100% new).
Winemaking: Fermentation at 25oC with natural yeast. Total maceration of between 25 and 28 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels followed by three months of aging.
Total Acidity: 5,60 gr/l.
pH: 3,50.

Tasting notes:
Color: Ripe cherry color. Youth and maturity in perfect coexistence.
Nose: Good balance between fruit & oak. Notes of eucalyptus and licorice mingling nicely with toasted vanilla.
Mouth: Full and flavorful with plenty of jam and vanilla flavors. Fine and balanced tannins give it the perfect structure.
Serving temperature: 18° C.
Food pairing: Excellent with spiced and seasoned dishes of any origin. Perfect companion for your savory and hard cheese selection.
