Vinademus, four seasons, five senses
From the core of our land and the effort of our work, Vinademus has arisen.
Vinis adamo-passion for the wine.
In a whole year we bring you where nobody else did: to your senses.

Vinademus will start with an introductory course into the universe of wines and the taste. You will improve or become basic skills to distinguish bouquet, texture and other sensations.

Once you finished with the introductory course, which will take one month, an annual cycle of vine growing, wine production and taste will start. This course will take a year.

  • You will be able to visit our vineyards- the touch of the earth, the lop, the growing phase and finally the ripe. From the first shoot to the harvest.
  • You will take part in the wine production in our wine cellar- the smell of the wood, the elaboration and production, the ageing and how the process ends filling the bottle.
  • You will take part in opens forums and educative talks from the most important professionals. Passion for the wine, monographic courses specially designed so that you can discover all your senses… Vinademus, four seasons, five seasons.

SPRING MONOGRAPHIC COURSE
In this course you will learn everything about vine growing, wine production.
April-May-June

SUMMER MONOGRAPHIC COURSE
In this course you will learn everything about the vineyards and the wine cellar.
July-August-September

  4. Analysis and ideal elaboration
  5. Harvest
  • Vineyards will be visited to observe all what has been teached.
  • In the wine cellars you will also learn:
  1. Introduction & history of the wine (II)
  2. Young red wine and rosé, features and elaboration
  3. Specific duties
  4. You will observe the proper duties of this season

Taste:

  • Monographic course about young red wine and rosé, how to discover the fresh ones and it’s varieties.
  • Tourism and wine, introductory speech

AUTUMN MONOGRAPHIC COURSE
In this course you will learn everything about the vineyards and the wine cellar.
October – November- December

Vineyards:
Vegetative interanual cycle (III)
Vegetative annual cycle (Autumn/Rest)

  1. Growing
  2. Fall of the leave
  3. Secondary ploughing
  • Vineyards will be visited to observe all what has been teached.
  • In the wine cellars you will also learn:
  1. Introduction & history of the wine (III)
  2. Ripe of red wines-analysis and taste exercises.
  3. Specific duties
  4. You will observe the proper duties of this season

  • Ideal conservation techniques, an introductory speech

WINTER MONOGRAPHIC COURSE
In this course you will learn everything about the vineyards and the wine cellar.
January- February- March

Vegetative annual cycle (Winter)

  1. Lop, formation and fructification
  2. Different kind of manures
  3. Graft
  • Vineyards will be visited to observe all what has been teached.
  • In the wine cellars you will also learn:
  1. Introduction & history of the wine (IV)
  2. Different type of wines in the world and it’s features
  3. Specific duties
  4. You will observe the proper duties of this season

Taste:

  • Monographic final course; let’s travel with our senses through the world (Chardonnay, cavas and froths from all over the world)
