One of Castiblanque’s most revolutionary
innovations was the centralization of production, elaboration and marketing
of its wines all within the same company. Therefore, maintaining complete
control of our products from start to finish and watching over all phases
that quality winemaking demands. For
that reason, the winery relies on 120 hectares of our own vineyard.
The Garnacha, Tempranillo, Shyrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties are
cultivated for making red wines and Airen, Chardonnay and Moscatel for
white.
Once the winery reaches its full yield
and maximum quality, we expect to produce a million liters of red wine
and half a million of white. In two years, we’re counting on our
future Crianzas and Reserves to reach our expectations.
